Overview
Lead the analysis and redesign of Lean manufacturing workflows, layouts, and processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
Lead root cause analysis and utilize data driven approaches for production bottlenecks and quality issues using tools such as 5M+1E, PFMEA, and VSM.
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of engineered solutions.
- Manage projects that involve capacity planning, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff on industrial engineering best practices and methods.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and results to management.
- Support new product introductions by designing scalable and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all engineering activities.
- To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent years of related experience.Min 5 years working experience of industrial engineering in a manufacturing (high-mix, low-volume or high-volume manufacturing settings).Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt).Experience with automation and robotics integration in manufacturing.Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
