Trading Support & Operations Specialist, Kuala Lumpur
Reporting to : Trading System Manager
Working hours : Regular (2pm - 11pm)
Responsibilities :
- Support onboarding for Managed Accounts and Social Trading clients.
- Handle daily operational tasks (strategy setup, withdrawals, commissions, troubleshooting).
- Monitor account activities and ensure procedures are followed.
- Provide support via live chat, email, and phone.
- Guide clients / partners on MT4 / MT5 and trading products.
- Help retain and grow client relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate profile :
1+ year experience in Forex / CFD brokerage (Support / Operations / Client Service preferred).Knowledge of MT4 / MT5 and basic Forex calculations.The offer :
