Trainee (Warehouse, Project, Procurement, Admin)

To support daily operations and gain hands-on experience in warehouse, project coordination, procurement, and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide learning opportunities and career development for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in warehouse operations (receiving, organizing, and issuing materials).
• Support project team in documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Help with procurement activities such as preparing purchase requests, quotations, and vendor follow-up.
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record management.
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
