What You’ll Do

• Assist the Director in managing daily schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and minutes, and follow up on key action items.
• Support cross-department projects and ensure timely progress and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries to aid strategic planning and decision-making.
• Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia .
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Learn directly from the Director, gaining exposure to leadership, business growth, and operational strategy.
