Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Laboratory Manager. The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, maintain the functionality and calibration of laboratory equipment, and ensure adherence to all quality control and compliance standards. The role involves supervising laboratory staff, managing research and development (R&D) projects, and ensuring efficient sample testing and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to manage laboratory teams and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or related industries is a plus
