Statutory Senior Accountant at NXP Semiconductors

Responsibilities

• Prepare local GAAP financial statements, notes, management reports, and other documents required for local statutory reporting for a group of countries under your responsibility in Finance Center of Excellence KL (FCOE KL).
• Prepare income tax provision and corporate income tax computation and submission.
• Identify, review and post all necessary GAAP or timing adjustments to obtain the local statutory trial balance.
• Track and coordinate activities, status and planning for statutory audits by working closely with the external audit of the statutory financial statements.
• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to provide required periodic information – e.g. tax package, treasury inputs.
• Prepare documentation and submissions required for local country reporting or other requirements such as surveys, reports to governments, etc.
• Execute assigned roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager.
• Identify automation and standardization opportunities when preparing documentation for NXP entities.
