Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups through phone calls and live chats.
  • Promote and sell mobile and fiber products, meeting sales targets.
  • Provide real-time assistance and monitor customer interactions on social platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and service issues.
  • Maintain detailed records, follow up on issues, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Adhere to work schedule as planned.
