Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Rotating through three business areas over 18 to 24 months : Business Intelligence and Platform Strategy, Category Strategy, Special Projects, and Category Operations
• Using real-time data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborating with business leaders to translate insights into scalable strategies
• Building and refining go-to-market strategies and guiding category-wide initiatives
• Managing high-impact, cross-functional projects addressing platform-level challenges
• Supporting sellers and creators through onboarding, training, and data-driven advice
• Engaging with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to TikTok Shop’s e-commerce ecosystem growth
