Location : Around Malaysia based on projects (Current projects are located in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pahang, Malacca, Johor, Penang and Kelantan)

Job Description

• Prepare tender documents by estimating budget, preparing time schedule to pricing tender, listing out quotation list and raw material, etc.
• Prepare relevant documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and reports
• Request and compare quotations of subcontractors to build up rate and pricing tender
• Prepare and handle valuation of subcontractors’ progress claim, remeasurement and variation of works and other related tasks
• Attend site valuations, conduct site measurements, and attend regular meetings when required.
• Review the whole process of project from inception till completion
• Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas needing improvement
• Liaise with clients, contractors, site teams and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and handle final accounts and settlement of all project costs
• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes / loss and expense claims
• Assist project team in letter / report writing and correspondences.
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned
