Job descriptionProcurement of equipment, consumables, parts, and materials for Malaysia data centers. Drafting procurement contracts, ensuring standardization and approval processes, and reporting procurement results. Procurement related to operation and maintenance of Malaysia data centers. Monitoring payment status and delivery status with vendors. Collecting and maintaining supplier / vendor database. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and project delivery and resolving potential issues. Executing other tasks assigned by superiors. Processing purchase orders. Bachelor’s degree or above in procurement, industrial logistics, supply chain, or related field. Basic procurement work experience. Proficiency in written and spoken English; excellent English communication skills preferred. Basic cost control awareness and strong teamwork spirit. Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, coordination, and planning / scheduling skills.
