Deputy Manager / Manager, Credit Administration & Reporting
Responsibilities
- Initiate loan documentation up to availment / disbursement for Corporate and Retail loans. Vetting and review of Syndication Agreements / Security Documents / Conditions Precedent Documents from Solicitor / Facility Agent.
- Supporting Lending Unit and Branch by vetting on the draft documents ensuring the Term & Conditions incorporated in are in line with the Credit Approval Form prior issuance to the customer.
- Effective management of pre‑disbursement activities which include security documentation in accordance to the regulatory and policies / guidelines as well as regulatory requirement.
- Effective availment / drawdown which include initiate and review applications in bank system, ensure loan availment / drawdown align with the Bank’s Policies and Regulatory requirements, within the time frame set.
- Manage and oversee day‑to‑day operations and functions of the Credit Management Department.
- Effective management of post availment / drawdown and credit surveillance activities.
- Lodgment of security documents with duo control on the security checklist cum filing of documents in the credit file.
- Prepare periodic / ad‑hoc Management reports, Bank Negara Malaysia Report and Head Office Report.
- Drafting and Review credit related PPM and process flows and to conduct training to relevant departments.
- To undertake any ad‑hoc tasks as and when required by Head of Department and / or Senior Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Banking / Economics or equivalent.3‑5 years credit experience of Banking Administration / Documentation.Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.Excellent problem‑solving skills.Seniority level
