Job descriptionPerform daily collection submitted by seller, update cash & cheque collected. Key in OR to system. Identify discrepanies in OR, issue Debit Note (DN) to customer when required. Update AR disputed tracking Extract AR aging report / customer statement from system & email to sales supervisor / manager. Issues CN for PPD & issue DN if cheque returned, update in system. Sign Order Any ad hoc task to support.

Requirements
- Posses min Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any Business related fields
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English
- 1-2 years experiences is required
