Recovery Officer

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective strategies to recover overdue payments from customers.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to negotiate repayment plans and obtain commitments.
• Analyze customer accounts and payment histories to identify the best course of action.
• Escalate unresolved cases to senior management and provide recommendations for legal action.
• Ensure all recovery activities are properly documented and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider credit team to share best practices and improve overall collections performance.
