Responsibilities

• Purchase specific phone spare parts with vendors
• Manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory
• Negotiate with China suppliers on stock quantities and pricing
• Coordinate with technicians on spare part requests and assess usage requirements
• Prepare monthly costing reports to meet standard requirements
• Arrange shipments with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Procure office equipment as requested
• Ensure stock is accurately keyed in and traceable
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday (Negotiable)
