Quality Manager

As the Quality Manager at Natural Wellness Industries Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our manufacturing operations. Based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control measures to guarantee our products meet the strictest industry regulations and customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

Lead and manage QA & QC teams to ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other quality standards.

Oversee all quality systems, documentation, and procedures.

Ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements before release.

Plan and coordinate internal audits, supplier audits, and external inspections.

Investigate non-conformities, handle CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain validation, calibration, and equipment qualification programs.

Provide training and promote a strong quality culture across departments.

Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams on new product development and process improvement.

What we're looking for

Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA / QC within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and quality management systems.

Experienced in dealing with regulatory bodies (NPRA, MOH, etc.).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and committed to continuous quality improvement.
