About the Role
We’re a global leader in cleanroom Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) , delivering cost-efficient, high-quality engineering solutions to clients across the semiconductor and high-tech industries. As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a passionate and technically savvy Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do :
- Serve as the first contact point for customer inquiries and technical consultations.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized product or system solutions.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to explain system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist in closing sales orders.
- Recommend product improvements and highlight competitive advantages to customers.
- Create conceptual designs, 3D models, and 2D drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with business needs.
