Job descriptionMalaysian citizen, 18 years and above . Minimum SPM qualification ; Diploma or higher is an advantage. Excellent observation, communication, and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely. Independent and able to travel to assigned retail outlets. No conflict of interest with PRISM+ or its retail partners. Experience with electronic products is a plus. Duration : 30–60 minutes per outlet visit. Schedule : Weekly, flexible, assignment-based (no fixed date / time). Workload : 1–2 outlets per day. Payment : RM20 - RM50 (depending on your experience) per outlet visit. Flexible work schedule. Gain insights into retail operations. Contribute to improving customer experiences across Malaysia. Work with a dynamic and growing brand.
Are you observant, detail-oriented, and love exploring retail experiences? PRISM+ is looking for Mystery Shoppers to help us elevate our customer experience. You’ll visit our retail outlets, interact with staff as a regular customer, and provide honest, constructive feedback that directly improves our service and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store visits to engage with retail associates and observe customer interactions.
- Complete structured audits covering Customer Experience, Product Knowledge & Processes, Personal Appearance, and Store Management .
- Capture relevant photos / videos and submit reports immediately after each visit.
- Highlight areas for improvement to help our retail team excel.
- Receive training and guidance to perform audits effectively.
