Position Overview
As a Procurement Analyst, you play a key role in performing day‑to‑day procurement activities with the highest standards of financial control, compliance, and effective practices.

Job Responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day activities according to highest standards of financial control, compliance, and best practice, ensuring quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed KPIs, SLA and SOPs.
- Follow instructions of Managers regarding daily work coordination.
- Develop knowledge and capability to raise competence to expected levels to meet current and future business needs.
- Contribute process and technical expertise to process improvement initiatives.
- Support assigned projects or programs.
Key Accountabilities
Validate and process (fix & check) Purchase Requisitions to ensure completeness and compliance with Procurement Policy.Convert Purchase Requisitions / Shopping Carts to Purchase Orders.Manage Purchase Order amendments, closures, and cancellations.Manage and resolve internal and external queries.Participate in invoice reconciliation; collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve mismatches.Execute and produce accurate and timely reports.Execute and manage quote collections and multiple source biddings when applicable.Review and update SOP, DTP & LP promptly.Ensure adherence to Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines, and Local Procurement SOPs.Participate in new projects such as ASPIRE / MyBuy and attend related meetings, trainings, and knowledge transfers.Who You Are
Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Finance & Accounting / Commerce, Supply Chain or Procurement equivalent.Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese (N1 / N2 level).1–3 years experience in a centralized purchasing environment and supply chain with production planning background.Experience working in a shared service center across a global / large organization is an added advantage.Good negotiation and analytical skills; resourceful in identifying new sources of items requested and results‑oriented.Who We Are
