What You’ll Do :
- Proactively follow up on new leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Meet clients to understand their design goals, lifestyle needs, budgets, and project expectations.
- Develop and present personalized design proposals, mood boards, and quotations that inspire confidence and excitement.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to guarantee smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while providing excellent post-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market pricing to deliver fresh and relevant ideas to clients.
- Represent the brand professionally in client meetings, events, and design exhibitions to expand business opportunities.
- Passion for interior design, renovation, and client experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Who We’re Looking For :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in interior design or equivalent.Proven sales experience, ideally in interior design or a similar industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to present design concepts effectively and close sales.Possess own transport.Able to start work immediately is highly preferred.Why Join Us :
