Job Brief :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Platforms Manager to join our Commercial Division. This role centers on managing TPA relationships, overseeing platform integrations, and driving our eCommerce platform business. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations of our acquiring channels while building scalable growth in the online payments space.

Job Responsibilities :

• TPA Channel Management : manage TPA relationships, performance, and service quality.
• Integration & Platform Operations : oversee TPA integrations, resolve issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• eCommerce Platform Growth : drive merchant adoption and transactions across major eCommerce platforms.
• Business Planning & Insights : analyze performance, market trends, and deliver actionable reports.
