What you will do

As an Analytics Engineer on this team, you will work closely with data engineers and a product manager to develop robust and insightful dashboards using Looker, Google’s enterprise-grade business intelligence platform. You will play a crucial role in our data ecosystem, leveraging your expertise in LookML and data modeling to build a centralized source of truth for our business needs and metrics. Core responsibilities include :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations within the Looker platform to meet diverse business requirements.
• Develop and optimize LookML models, views, and Explores to ensure data accuracy, consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and data engineers to translate complex business questions and data requirements into Looker solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to transform data within Google BigQuery for analysis in Looker.
• Implement best practices for LookML development, including version control (Git) and code reviews, to maintain a healthy Looker environment.
• Troubleshoot Looker-related issues, including performance optimization of dashboards and queries, and dashboard summarization powered by AI.
• Develop AI-driven features using Google’s ADK to automate insights and provide predictive analytics within Looker dashboards.
• Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize Looker dashboards and Explores.
• Work in accordance with Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures, including Information Security, Data Protection, Clean Desk & Screen, and Password Management policies.
