PR & Social Media Intern - MY

Job Description : 1. Social Media Management Create, curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms,  including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu and more.

Monitor social media channels and provide insights and recommendations for  optimization.

Handling administrative work on social media such as product loan pullouts.

Liaise with external agencies to support with content creation.

2. Public Relation Support Assist in drafting press releases (mostly translation from English to Chinese) and other communications materials.

Support the coordination of media outreach efforts, including press inquiries and  interview scheduling.

Liaise with influencers agencies for big campaigns and monthly engagements.  3. Monitoring and Reporting Monitor media coverage and social media conversations related to the organization and industry trends.

Provide regular updates and reports to PRSM Manager on social media and PR activities, highlighting key insights and successes.

Other Duties : Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Stay up-to  date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media andpublic relations.

Qualifications : Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in  communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for business purposes.

Basic knowledge of public relations principles and practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations is a plus.

Preferably with an internship period of minimum 6 months and above.

English and Chinese language proficiency is a must.
