Job descriptionPerformance maintenance and repair work such as basic furniture repairs, changing eletrical appliances, minor renovation, touch ups on walls, ceilings, doors. Troubleshoot, repair and service air conditioning units independently. Carry out daily inspection and ensure every unit are in good condition. Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Monitor tools and equipment condition; perform routine upkeep or replacements when necessary.
