Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic brand partners.
- Build Luxasia's eCommerce service provider business on key marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.
- Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside brand teams.
- Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners.
- Maximize onsite exposure for the brands, including day‑to‑day events and mega campaigns.
- End‑to‑end execution of eCommerce operations and seller centre systems.
- Visual merchandising and store management, utilising seller tools.
- Maintain store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team and solve ad‑hoc problems.
- Data reporting and analysis, including competitor benchmarking.
- Strong communication & coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms.
- Build the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategy.
- Build relationships with principals, brand management teams and marketplaces.
- Assist in developing operational processes and tools to improve scalability.
- Think outside the box and test run new projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business‑related fields and equivalent combined education and work experience enabling successful job performance.At least 2‑3 years proven experience in eCommerce or digital marketing in an FMCG setting or with an eCommerce provider.Past experience working with e‑commerce platforms such as Lazada / Shopee and hands‑on experience with seller centre portal.Skills Required
Strong analytical mindset and comfort in generating and evaluating forecasts, metrics and analyses.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to represent Luxasia in external meetings.Client management skills.Strong problem‑solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with teams.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple concurrent demands.Campaign planning & marketing.Digital / social marketing experience is a bonus.eCommerce supply chain experience is a bonus.Key Success Factors
