Audit Associate

Job Description

• Handles audit for Singapore companies from various industries.
• Perform audit planning, procedures, control testing, analytical procedures and substantive test of details.
• Document purpose, procedures and conclusion for all audit procedures performed.
• Assist client with preparation of financial statements in accordance to the Singapore accounting standards.
• Perform consolidation of accounts.
• Perform tax computation.
• Perform group reporting to holding companies.
• Review of working papers for overseas subsidiaries.
• Conduct compliance procedures for anti-money laundering / countering the financing of terrorism to existing and new on-boarding clients.
• Lead and coordinate overseas audit engagements.
• Project management & coordinate with client on audit engagements.
• Attend stock take
• Perform ad hoc tasks when required.
