ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER, PEOPLE & CUL-TURE AI, DATA & SYSTEMS (ASIA)

We are seeking a People & Culture AI, Data & Systems Manager to drive the integration of agentic AI solutions, data analytics, and reporting excellence in People & Culture across Allianz’s entities in Asia. This role will oversee People & Culture systems governance implementation, support the regional CSRD reporting process in line with Allianz standards, and co‑drive the people and culture planning and strategic dialogue process in collaboration with regional leadership. The position also plays a critical role in identifying AI use cases with local People & Culture teams, supporting implementation, and leading upskilling and change management efforts to embed AI capabilities across the function.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, implement, and manage agentic AI workflows to automate and optimize HR processes throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Collaborate with local People & Culture teams across Asia to identify AI use cases and support implementation and adoption.
  • Oversee People & Culture systems (ie HRIS) ensuring data integrity, integration, and project manage systems related project roll outs.
  • Collaborate with local People & Culture teams across Asia and Group People & Culture to agree implementation and adoption of Group / Regional People & Culture system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain People & Culture dashboards for workforce insights, predictive analytics, and KPI tracking using Power BI.
  • Lead internal reporting for People & Culture metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support internal and external reporting requests and serve as the regional expert on all reporting topics.
  • Oversee CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) regional reporting process, ensuring People & Culture‑related ESG data is captured, validated, and reported in alignment with regulatory and Allianz Group standards, in collaboration with Country People & Culture teams.
  • Support efforts to build up and strengthen regional people culture data community, including facilitating best practice sharing and serving as a regional expert on Allianz reporting standards.
  • Co‑drive the annual planning and strategic dialogue process for People & Culture in collaboration with regional leadership, including timeline management, presentation support, and relevant data analysis.
  • Provide data‑driven insights to inform workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as the in‑house expert on all data KPIs for the planning and strategic dialogue process.
  • Co‑lead AI literacy and capability‑building programs for People & Culture teams across the region.
  • Conceptualize and drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of AI‑driven processes and tools and the development of an AI first mindset among People & Culture teams across the region.

Important To Your Success

  • 5‑7 years in HR technology, people analytics, or AI‑driven HR transformation, ideally with experience with AI‑powered HR solutions, HR platforms, data analysis, and sustainability reporting.
  • Experience working in a multi‑national environment across various Asian markets is advantageous.
  • Essential Requirements

    Technical Skills

  • Expertise in agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (Power BI, SAP Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, predictive modeling, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strategic Skills

  • Deep understanding of People & Culture processes, workforce planning, and organizational strategy.
  • Familiarity with CSRD requirements is advantageous.
  • Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives in a digital HR environment.
