Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in training or learning & development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training-related software.
Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop training calendars.
Capable of designing and delivering training programs.
Familiarity with HRDC claim processes and training grants.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs.
Organize onboarding sessions and employee development activities.
Support audit and compliance requirements including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards
