Assistant Supervisor (Production)

Brightstar Stainless Steel Work – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed on time while adhering to our QC standards.
• Supervise employees’ compliance with safety production regulations.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards.
• Work with Competent Person to ensure machines and equipment placement and relocation complies to DOE requirements.
• Control energy consumption and promote energy and water saving.
• Work with Safety Officer to train production team on safety protocols, emergency response and environmental awareness.
• Report to Production Supervisor or Manager on overall production on daily basis.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned.
