Join Our Team as an Associate Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin)

Language : Mandarin proficiency + B1 (conversational English)

Location : WFO in Cyberjaya

Address : Tech Mahindra ICT Services, Jalan Impact Cyberjaya, 63000, Selangor

Shifts : Between 8 AM to 12 AM (2 shifts), shift allowance for afternoon shift provided

Working days : Monday to Sunday (weekly 2 days off)

Salary range : Between 3.5k to 4.5k Basic (Depending upon current salary & experience)

Eligibility : Freshers from any background / Experienced professionals. LOCAL MALAYSIAN ONLY.

No specific domain / Industry experience required

Overview : As an Associate Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our client, providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and helping others. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
  • Understand the investigation process within your assigned unit.
  • Follow SOPs and workflows for investigation tasks.
  • Use operational tools and applications effectively to find data.
  • Navigate websites successfully.
  • Adhere to workflow directions.
  • Participate in performance improvement plans for self-development.
  • Perform routine standard tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Customer support or related experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
