SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) Consultant – based in KL, Malaysia. People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Work together with customers to compile and evaluate business needs pertaining to talent management and human resources.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions and provide recommendations for configuring and customizing the system.
• Oversee or assist with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals, Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and others.
• Ensure that the system is integrated with other pertinent modules and outside programs.
• Develop and implement unique SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet certain company needs.
• Work together with technical teams and developers to create and implement extensions, integrations, and advancements.
• Use a thorough understanding of the features offered by SuccessFactors and follow HR best practices.
