Junior Operations Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Operations Analyst to support the Institutional Sales team. This role combines operational execution with reporting and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both structured workflows and data‑driven problem solving.

You will handle client account requests, reporting, and data integrity checks while building Salesforce reports, Tableau dashboards, and process automations that improve efficiency. Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client support while scaling operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operational Execution

Process client account requests (account setup, withdrawal limits, fee adjustments, audits) within SLA

Build and maintain Salesforce reports / dashboards to track client trading performance

Maintain and optimize Slack workflows and other automation tools used by the team

Partner with account managers, compliance, data, and finance teams to resolve operational requests
