Job Responsibilities
- Assigned as Level 2 or Level 3 AMS support for Business / Client IT Teams, partnering systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS) team.
Collaborate with Functional teams to provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support, troubleshoot complex production incidents, resolve issues, and monitor fixes to ensure correct resolution as per SLA.
Deliver medium to complex level enhancements within agreed timeframe and quality standards.Identify recurring issues, perform problem management, present root‑cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes within agreed timeframes.Lead discussions on high‑level solution design, perform effort estimations, and ensure end‑to‑end solutioning, testing, and delivery within agreed timeframe and quality.Maintain documentation following firm standards, best practices, and SOPs.Comply fully with all AMS process & procedures.Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance current processes.Assigned as part of a project team to implement applications.Support project teams in delivering solution applications and developing work products that address client business needs.
Assist in developing presentation materials and coordinating communications with the client.Work with diverse project team members to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value for clients across all industries.Uphold firm standards and ethos in interactions with team members and clients.Lead and / or coach Analyst and Consultant level members.Support business development efforts through preparation of proposals, presentations, and publications.Your Role as a Leader

Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.5–8 years of relevant experience developing SAP S / 4HANA or SAP ECC programs as a support or implementation team member, with hands‑on SAP ABAP.Experience with PI PO, CPI, or BTP.Strong technical proficiency, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and issue management in a multi‑platform environment.Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on‑premise platforms.Good knowledge of integrations to related modules / sub‑modules for end‑to‑end business process understanding.Experience with waterfall and / or Agile delivery approaches.Certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), or DevOps are an added advantage.At least 3 years of experience leading a team is an added advantage.Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese).Ability to lead and / or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes.Pro‑active, resourceful, and able to rally members to collaborate and deliver tasks in a timely manner.Flexibility to work during client business hours, support critical or high‑priority requests after office hours, and travel if required.Due to volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
