Responsibilities
Responsible for sales performance.Involve in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Review, assess, and make recommendations for improvements on products, services, and policies by monitoring competition in the current marketplace.Ensure the execution of product, distribution, visibility, pricing, and promotion is done according to company standards.Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.Meet with customers virtually and provide good service to solve problems.Monitor, maintain, and improve service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.Respond to customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.Establish and maintain customer relationships to enhance sales volume and business growth.Responsible for developing and maintaining good business relationships with new and existing customers and all sales activities.Develop new market segments and widen the customer base.Demonstrate and present company products to potential customers.Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when needed.Assist with orders and assigned ad-hoc tasks.Benefits
