Overview

Technical Assistant (Moulding Processes) with responsibilities to assist Technical Executive and Engineer in new development activities and to support production processes.

Responsibilities

• To assist Technical Executive and Engineer in new development activities.
• To follow up all the activities of new product development (mould inspection, processing activities such as blanking, metal preparation, moulding process (compression / injection), postcure process, finished part inspection and packing).
• Carry out mold inspection, cleaning and mold setup on compression / injection machines.
• To assist in data collection for development process activities.
• Assist in drafting work instructions for processing steps.
• Ensure all documentation required by IATF, ISO, and other compliance standards is properly maintained and updated.
