Job description

Role Summary

This role is responsible for the technical management of modern workplace technologies under Global End User Services (EUS). It involves managing operational escalations, ensuring effective service delivery by third-party providers, and supporting the deployment and adoption of global technology solutions. The role plays a crucial part in delivering reliable, secure, and compliant end-user services globally.

Key Objectives & Impact

Serve as a regional technical lead and subject matter expert for workplace technologies.

Ensure successful execution of service operations and technical changes.

Support global initiatives and enforce adherence to IT standards, security policies, and governance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain service quality and user satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support core workplace technologies including :

  • Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
  • Windows 10 / 11 image engineering, security, compliance
  • Application packaging, lifecycle, and deployment
  • Windows Client Device Catalog and hardware certification
  • Act as the single point of contact for workplace technology in the region.
  • Coordinate service requests, issue escalations, and queries related to workplace technology.
  • Support project implementations and change initiatives across regions.
  • Work with service providers to ensure SLAs are met and initiate Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).
  • Conduct regular service reviews focusing on compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification across the workplace technology environment.

Essential Experience & Skills

Proven experience in large global organizations utilizing both in-sourced and out-sourced IT services.

Strong background in technology transformation, service delivery management, and IT operations.

Technical / Functional Skills :

Deep technical expertise in :

  • Modern Workplace management
  • Microsoft Intune capabilities
  • Windows 10 / 11 build and compliance management
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Application lifecycle and deployment
  • Sound understanding of IT architecture, device lifecycle, and security integration.
  • Effective leadership and coordination with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Autopilot ,Imaging , Intune , Hardware Certifications , Powershell , Automation , Log Analytics , Feature update , In place upgrade, Modern device management ,Driver Management

    • Education / Certifications Required :

    Strong technical knowledge in :

  • Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager
  • Microsoft 365 services
  • Windows 10 / 11
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent in service management

    • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements
