Job Responsibilities :

• Machine Automation Wiring : Design, implement, and troubleshoot machine automation wiring systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated machinery.
• Schematic Design : Develop detailed electrical schematics for various automation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Hands-On Expertise : Provide hands-on support for the assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• AutoCAD and EPLAN : Utilize AutoCAD and EPLAN software to create and modify electrical drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• PLC Programming : Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet project requirements and optimize automation processes.
• Single Phase and 3 Phase Wiring : Proficiently handle single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations, ensuring proper power distribution and connectivity.
• Laser Marking Integration : Integrate laser marking systems into automation processes, ensuring seamless operation and quality output.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) : Develop and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials for electrical components, ensuring accurate documentation of materials required for projects.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and adhere to rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all electrical designs, modifications, and troubleshooting activities.
