Principle Duties and Responsibilities

⚫ Manage supplier relationships in South-East Asia, ensuring alignment with business goals and sourcing strategies.

⚫ Conduct regular capacity analysis, inventory preparation and identify risks or constraints in supplier operations.

⚫ Support supplier onboarding for transfer projects, ramp-up for mass production and other development activities.

⚫ Organize and lead business reviews with cross function team for key suppliers, focusing on performance metrics, compliance, issue resolution and improvement plans.

⚫ Monitor and track supplier KPIs including delivery performance, quality, responsiveness, and compliance. Create and update supplier performance dashboards for reporting and decision-making.

⚫ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to resolve supply issues.

⚫ Maintain accurate supplier data and item information in ERP system.

⚫ Assist in contract management, cost analysis, and negotiation support.

⚫ Support sourcing decisions through data analysis, and supplier evaluations.

Expected Areas of Competence

✓ Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business, or related field.

✓ 2-4 years of experience in supplier management, or procurement roles.

✓ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

✓ Experience working with suppliers in Malaysia or Southeast Asia preferred.

✓ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✓ Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✓ Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
