Job descriptionManage, maintain, and update all internal project and company documentation. Handle government-related document submission, approval processes, and compliance requirements. Develop and implement systematic filing procedures (physical and digital). Monitor document flow to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies on documentation matters. Support administrative and reporting tasks related to project documentation.
Company Overview :
A multinational construction company from China that has recently expanded its operations into Malaysia. The business is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on delivering large-scale industrial projects. Currently, the company is undertaking a major project to develop a factory in Tanjung Malim, Perak.
About the Role :
- We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Document Controller to join our client's team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective document management across all projects and departments, while also handling government-related submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
