About The Role
As a CBRE HR Analyst - Process Excellence, you will review and standardize people processes and documentation across APAC countries / cross-functional teams, identify fit‑gap, recommend closing the gap and areas of improvement. This job is part of the People Project team, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely, cost‑effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to the work plan.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and implement process improvement projects
- Prepare and execute communication action plans aligned to change management strategy
- Document policies, processes and procedures of the various HR Services
- Ensure process maps remain relevant and current by regularly conducting audits against the documented process maps
- Maintain the People services (catalog) and process architecture to remain valid and current
- Conduct process mapping workshops to standardize and streamline employee life cycle / payroll process across APAC countries
- Perform testing requirements to validate services have been built against design specification and meet the test success criteria
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews and facilitate closing deployments
- Support recurrent training on modified and updated HR Services
- Support service transition changes, issues, risks and deviations including tracking progress on actions and mitigation of risks
What You’ll Need
Graduate in general business / data / statistics or relevant fieldExperience in process excellence and leading several significant transformation projects (preferably aligned with HR)Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Scrum) will be advantageousKnowledge of Six Sigma (certification is a plus)Understanding of HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, mid‑lifecycle, benefits administration, payroll, off‑boarding and performance managementProject management skills and ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously is preferredStrong attention to detail, with the ability to connect several seemingly unrelated variablesUnderstanding of employment laws, regulations and compliance is a plusStrong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and navigate a complex organizational structureWhy CBRE
