Reporting

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing (Primary Care) and New Product Development Manager, the Protégé will play a key role in supporting business operations and engaging with healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• esServe as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring prompt and professional customer servic
• e.Manage and raise medical enquiries from customers to the internal medical team, ensuring timely resolutio
• n.Generate and distribute daily and monthly sales reports to relevant partner
• s.Support the submission, review, and approval process for promotional material
• s.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiative
• s.Provide operational support for marketing activities, events, and product launche
• s.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing operation
• s.Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support team objective
