SALES COORDINATOR

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our hardworking team at Kevon Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Assisting with the preparation of invoices, delivery orders and other client‑facing documents
• Coordinating delivery / shipping schedules, and follow‑ups
• Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
