Account Development Manager (Bancassurance)
This role is based in Kuantan, Pahang.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Bank in achieving the designated target allocated.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with the Bank to develop profitable class of businesses in line with Company Strategy.
- Execute Strategy and action plan to achieve annual sales budget of retail business to maximize growth and profit of the business division.
- Secure referral lists from the Bank to achieve the desired target and business growth.
- Upsell / cross-sell business to increase target.
- Improve renewal ratio to retain existing business.
- Underwrite in accordance with Liberty Underwriting guidelines within Underwriting authority assigned.
- Actively involved and drive joint campaign and market management with the Bank.
- Maintain current working knowledge of relevant competitive solutions, products, and services by collating market intel of competitors and keeping abreast of the latest development.
- Conduct regular visitations, provide excellent sales support / coaching, motivation and services to the Bank.
- Conduct timely sales training to the Bank.
- Undertake assignments / tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor, HOD and Management and any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales preferably in General Insurance.Minimum Degree in any related field; additional recognized insurance qualification.Result Oriented and Strong Interpersonal skill.Effective Communication and Time Management.Seniority level
