About the job Telesales (Mandarin + English) | 17 August intake

Basic Salary RM 2500 - RM 3000

Responsibility

Contacting customers to promote product and services

Dealing with customer concerns, spoken and unspoken

Recording customer feedback and information from conversations in our database

Working with team manager and team members to identify errors in the companys processes which affect customers purchasing decisions

Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries

Requirements

Fresh Graduates are welcome

Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu is required. Other dialects are a bonus.
