Quality Control

Monitor and report on the hygiene and cleanliness of the factory and personnel.

Monitor all Critical Control Points (CCPs) and report findings.

Ensure efficiency of daily document recording in order to implement Food Safety, Health Safety System and Halal Assurance.

Manage and make new applications / certificate renewals as well as manage audits (Halal, Food Safety, etc.)

Involve in audit related to Food Safety, Health Safety and Halal.

Prepare complete documentation and assist the auditors during the audit.

Person in-charge of corrective action and preventive action.

Assist in training of worker (planning, food handling course, internal training, refresh training, new worker training and others) and ensure the efficiency of the training.

Monitoring food safety and GMP elements (pest control, effluent, calibration, traceability and others) efficient and right on schedule.

Other task related to quality assurance and quality control department.

REQUIREMENT :

Able to come working at factory located in Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, Kepong.

Diploma / Degree of any course related to food / science / technical / manufacturing is advantage.
