Your Role And Responsibilities

• Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining
• Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
• Create global agreements with awarded suppliers, supported by Senior Sourcing Professionals
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct BU interviews, and present final event outcomes and supplier scoring
• Manage NDA / CDA engagement with suppliers before handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation
• Prepare cost modeling for each sourcing project
• Provide data and support for Supplier Performance Management and collaborate with Senior Sourcing Professionals for BU / supplier presentations
• Work with Sourcing Analysts on Supplier Scorecard calculations and BU interactions
• Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for moderate-complexity cases
• Support middle and back-office procurement tasks based on complexity
• Utilize market intelligence and supplier identification from Senior Sourcing Professionals and include suitable suppliers in sourcing projects
