SENIOR VALUATION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Develop and expand new business opportunities for valuation and related services.

Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients to support business growth.

Work closely with the valuation team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategies.

Assist in marketing activities to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.

Conduct property and asset valuations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in valuation or real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
