About the role

DRANA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and dedicated Beautician to join our dynamic team in our Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang spa. This full‑time role will see you providing exceptional beauty services to our valued clients and contributing to the growth and success of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

Performing a wide range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, manicures, pedicures and eyelash perming.

Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's unique needs and recommend the most suitable services and skincare products.

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and well‑maintained.

Staying up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Actively contributing to the overall success of the spa by delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive, client‑centric culture.

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.

At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Beautician in a spa or similar setting.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, high‑quality experience for each client.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

A passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends and techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
