A Transparent, Logical Compensation Package
Compensation : RM 4,000 – RM 7,000 per month
This package is designed for a high‑performer. It is transparent and logical :
- Guaranteed Base Salary : RM 4,000
- Performance Commission : Earn up to an additional RM 3,000 per month.
- The "Win" Condition : This commission is not a mystery. It is tied directly to a clear formula based on your centre's profitability. You have full ownership of the metrics that determine your pay.
P.S. We happily pay a RM 1,000 referral fee for a successful hire who has worked with us for more than 3 months. If this isn't for you, who do you know that would be a perfect fit?

What You'll Do (The Role)
As our Centre Manager, you will be the CEO of your centre. Your primary responsibilities will include :
Leading, mentoring, and driving the performance of your team of teachers and administrators. (No teaching experience is required.)Managing all daily operations to ensure a high‑quality, efficient, and profitable centre.Engaging with parents, handling complex inquiries, and building a strong, professional community.Driving centre growth by owning the student enrollment and retention metrics.Analyzing your centre's performance data and implementing clear strategies for continuous improvement.Mastering and implementing our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.Attending and actively contributing to monthly leadership and professional skills training.Requirements
Required : A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience. (As mentioned, we hire for potential and train for skill.)Required : Strong communication and logical problem‑solving skills.Preferred : Experience in the education field (e.g., as a teacher, academic coordinator, or administrator) is a major advantage.What We Offer (The Benefits)
