Job descriptionAchieve at least SPM education. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written). Proficiency in English or Cantonese is a plus. Required skills : Fluency in Mandarin, Customer Service, Team Management, Microsoft Office, Administration Management, Communication Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented approach, with patience in resolving inquiries. Responsible and able to collaborate closely with the team to enhance customer experience. Efficient in managing appointments, maintaining records, and handling multiple tasks. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and social media platforms. Able to work on Saturday and Sunday Travel to assigned branches as required based on the duty roster
