Store Performance & Monitoring
- Monitor and take ownership of store sales and KPI targets.
- Use all available store resources to meet or exceed performance goals.

Follow all company policies and procedures.Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish stock on the sales floor.Handle cash register transactions accurately and promptly.Minimize stock loss both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards.Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently demonstrating brand values.Use product knowledge to effectively engage customers.Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to meet customer needs.WE WANT SOMEONE WHO :
Education
Minimum secondary school education.Experience
1–2 months in a beauty, fashion, or customer-focused retail environment is an advantage.Skills & Knowledge
